GROUP BOOKING REQUEST FORM (8 OR MORE FAMILIES)

Here at Wowo one of the things we do best is provide a special setting for groups of families and friends (8 or more families), as well as class bookings for school year groups, or sports clubs etc.

Please fill in the form below and a member of the team will get back to you shortly with further information about the group booking process here at Wowo. Please end the form with your contact details.

IMPORTANT GROUP FORM NOTES

  • Please note that we carefully manage the nature of every group we accept here at Wowo to be inline with the family atmosphere we have created, we do not accept groups of youths or single sex groups without children.

  • The group organiser will be the main contact with the Wowo team, they will organise a booking code, and ultimately be responsible for the groups conduct.

  • New group considering Wowo then please read all of our campsite culture information to ensure that we are the right campsite for your stay. As a family campsite if you are looking for a party site we are probably not the one for you.

  • Your group will be allocated an area suitable to your number of tents/ people. At check-in we will advise you where to pitch. At your camp you will find a fire pit(s), trivets (see campfires page) and if you are lucky one of our picnic tables.

  • A group booking consists of 8 or more families. If you are a smaller booking then please book in via the website utilising the ‘add party’ button to give two lots of up to 4 adults 4 children, or get each family to book themselves in and reference one lead name.

  • Glamping groups only please contact camping@wowo.co.uk.

Should members of your group require a Yurt, a Hut, Lotus Bell tent or a Dome then please let us know so the group code can reflect your needs. Rough numbers of those wanting a glamping option would be ideal. If you know the exact options your group would like then please be specific.
The bell tent comes with a fixed location camping lamp, side table and one double camping bed with a sheet only and single beds again with sheets only. Please bring your own duvet/sleeping bag and pillows plus all other standard camping and cooking equipment.
We run a wide variety of workshops (bushcraft, foraging, juggling, family art, etc) please reply to our email we will send you to start a conversation about a private workshop for your group only, subject to availability of workshop providers and numbers of the group.
